MentalCare is basically a mental health tracking app conceptualized based on the problem of tracing mental health issues.

Problems Found During Research
- Users wanted their identity hidden while sharing their problems.
- Users wanted an open community kind of feature where all the people can discuss their mental health problems openly.
- Users were finding some minor difficulties in the navigation of friend’s tab.
- User were not able to rectify that their question has been posted or not.
- Users were not able to identify that their Psychologists are approved or not.
How the Problems were Solved ??
- Introduction of the private mode which enables user to hide his/her identity.
- Introduction of the Community Forum where user can discuss problems openly.
- Users were first directed to terms and conditions and after accepting that they will be directed to friend’s default interface
- Users were directed to a new confirmation page where they are appreciated for asking questions
- A little text Approved by MentalCare will make user know that Psychologist is approved and it will simply not show if Psychologist is not approved.
